Pleasant spot to stay for 3 nights. the staff was friendly and willing to help, they even gave us some good recommendations. Our room had a nice balcony and included a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. There was a variety of delicious goodies available for breakfast, which was a great start to our day! 🌟.

Rooms were extremely spacious, everything was great. This location was particularly good, short walk to the city center, a local cafe, and shops that are good in la spezia town. It also was near the harbour.

Asked for triple room and it was large and fairly quiet with balcony:)))

The rooms have balconies and are conveniently located near the boats and ferry terminal for visiting Cinque Terre.

Had an amazing time during my Christmas stay! the room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in my entire trip. the location was perfect as it was right in the city center and close to the port. the staff was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to our messages.

While the staff was nice, some communication issues arose due to the language barrier. it was a bit confusing to find the place as the name on the doorbell didn't match the name we were given.

We had a wonderful stay at Lia Rooms 4. the room was clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. the location was great, as it was walking distance from the train station and conveniently located near the main street. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process smooth. We were also impressed by the large bedroom and bathroom, as well as the spotless cleanliness throughout the property. the air conditioning worked perfectly and made our stay even more comfortable. Cons: No issues. 😊.

The spacious and clean rooms were well priced, making it a great choice for accommodation. the location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and close to the port and many restaurants. the owner was welcoming and already waiting for us upon arrival. the bathroom was a nice size and the evenings were quiet. there were some award-winning restaurants nearby. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return.

I absolutely loved my stay at Lia Rooms 4! The room was cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom that had everything I needed - a hairdryer and free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and coffee machine were nice touches too. Being a solo traveler, I felt right at home in this room.

Personally, I didn't make much use of the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

Conveniently located in the city center, close to the train station and port. Clean, spacious rooms with working air conditioning. Coffee machine provided in the room. Enjoyed nearby restaurants and easy access to boats for Cinque Terre. Valuable and pleasant stay.
